Tyrosine kinase-associated receptor itself is an easy receptor particle without enzymatic activity. They associate with the Janus or Src household of tyrosine kinases. Under the resting state, the receptors exist as monomers. The binding of a ligand triggers dimerization, recruitment of JAK, phosphorylation of each other and phosphorylation of receptor, recruitment of STAT, its phosphorylation, dissociation and development of dimer, entry into the nucleus and policy of gene expiration.
