ADD, being sidetracked by other ecological stimuli, having a lot of things on your mind simultaneously, basic stress and anxiety, being tired. There are an excellent lots of things that can make this take place. For me, it u2019 s a mix of the factors I simply noted. Understanding why it occurs does absolutely nothing to avoid it. It occurs to me all the effing time, I forget things actually within a couple of seconds of thinking about them, and it is maddeningly discouraging.
